On October 2011, I organised a restaurant review for Racks Bar and Baby Back at Changkat Bukit Bintang. Almost a dozen local food bloggers were invited and came to sample some delicious pork ribs at the latest pork ribs eatery located at the bustling street of Changkat Bukit Bintang in Kuala Lumpur.
It was my first time meeting some of these super famous bloggers in the KL blogosphere, which includes ShaolinTiger, KimberlyCun, MyHorng, KYspeaks, Eyeris, KampungBoyCityGal … and the others I already know (but don’t get to see enough) VernonChan, RebeccaSaw and SixthSeal.
The food bloggers got a chance to sample some delicious pork ribs and other equally delicious pork-ilicious dishes like cold cuts platter, pork burgers, parma ham wraps, etc. They also got to sample some complimenting shooters of alcohol to go with their porkie dinner.
